Lori McNeill is the Chief Operating Officer and Board Chair. She has operated as a Trusted Advisor of CEOs and Change Management Consultant and has extensive experience in global operations. In March 2021, she was listed among the Top 100 Global Women Leaders by the Global Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Prior to joining Global PPE, Ms. McNeill was the Founder and President of McNeill Consulting.
Ms. Gallagher is a member of the Bars of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Florida. Ms. Gallagher served as Vice President of the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni (“ASECA”) from 1997-1999, President-Elect from 1999-2000, and served as President from 2000-2001. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of ASECA. She served as President of the McLean Bar Association from 1993-1994 and has continued as a director.
Vinay is the Senior Director for the Supply Chain of Global PPE. This group is the backbone of the our organization in this ever-changing PPE industry. He has extensive knowledge in logistics and vendor management with over 10 years experience. He is a Supply Chain Manager with invaluable knowledge of managing projects, resources and staff in an effective and efficient manner. Vinay is highly focused with a comprehensive understanding of logistics, procurement and the supply chain.
Andy is the Managing Director for Healthcare at Global PPE. He plays a vital role overseeing the go-to market strategy of Global PPE’s healthcare product offerings and is ultimately responsible for the profitable growth of the business unit. Andy has spent more than 30 years in operations and technology in the healthcare and IT industries. Prior to joining Global PPE, Andy served as vice president and global business leader of Healthcare IT at Sutherland Healthcare.
Joseph X. DiPrinzi
Joseph X. DiPrinzio has over 35 years in the management of large federal programs and organizations. Joe is currently a Federal IT Consultant after a 30+ year career where he held several executive level positions in various organizations and served as a Strategic Advisor to C-Level Executives on Business Planning, Growth Strategy, and Acquisition targets to ensure they meet their goals on profit, manpower utilization, and growth.
Bobbie is responsible for the growth and expansion of the Southern Territory. She brings over 18 years of sales and management experience to Global PPE. She established and cultivated new business relationships through organic lead generation, incoming inquiries, and other means while prioritizing the individual relationships for optimal growth impact. Throughout her career, Bobbie has successfully maintained effective and successful relationships with existing accounts while developing prospects to expand opportunities. She has continually developed creative sales processes stimulating customer perception on unique ways to sell the product individually and to drive higher ticket sales in the retail segment. Bobbie’s insights and in-depth knowledge of her clients’ needs and sales process have contributed to pricing strategy for the product by working with retailers to find out what price range works best for the consumer; these resulted in faster and better sell-through, wider distribution, and more product revenue.
Bobbie has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fergusson College of Arts & Science in India.
Lavanya has overall experience of 10+ Years in Sales and Procurement with a demonstrated history of working in the MRO(Maintenance Repairs and Operations) industry handling various verticals and multiple product categories from Healthcare products, Safety, Tools, Chemicals, Electricals, Material Handling, Raw-materials, etc. She was one of the founding members of Bulk MRO working since the inception of the Company in 2015, having extensive experience in Sourcing, Procurement, New Business Development, Optimizing business operations, and driving end-to-end sales of Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations supplies. She has been responsible for communicating, presenting, and selling the company’s value proposition, core values, products, and business concepts to prospective accounts across all industry verticals which includes the Top MNC’s, fortune 500 clients, and Oil & Gas customers, etc. Lavanya’s background also includes: Identifying and incorporating various sales strategies and methodologies, from Conceptual Selling, Consultative Selling, Customer or Key Account -Focused Sales, Annual Rate Contracts, Mark-up & Commission Sales models, Inbound Selling, etc. Lavanya has earned her Bachelors in Physics, Maths and Computer Science from St Joseph’s College ( Autonomous) Affiliated to Bangalore University as well as M.B.A from Visvesvaraya Technological University in India.
